双减政策:在我国教育领域中指要有效减轻义务教育阶段学生过重作业负担和校外培训负担,其背后的深层原因是落实学校承担育人的根基责任,恢复和重建良好的学校教育。自从政策颁布以来,学校面临着政策、家长、学生等育人目标的诸多挑战,比如学生在校的时间更长、业余时间增多、以往来自培训班和家长的“工作”都将回归到校园,这不仅是挑战,同样也是对学校管理变革的机遇。“双减”政策下,不能只以减轻学生学业为目标,除了完善课程体系、教学质量以及课后服务保障等,还应该结合现有条件与文化资源,塑造与升级积极的学校文化,以环境、标识、空间为载体,构建新时代学校文化。它有别于大家眼中的宣教式文化建设,而是放大到学校的一草一木、一园一路、室内室外都要有环境润文化、课外乐者趣、无处不教育等更高文化需求,旨在激发学校内生动力、整合校内外资源,为校园添彩,为教育赋能,助力“双减”落地!
